Assessment task: Case Study Report

For the case study report, you will be expected to carry out an assessment of the case study organisation, using at least two established models as frameworks for the analysis.

Use this assessment to make specific recommendations to the board regarding the way they should support and embrace change throughout the organisation base on the case study.
