Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the organisation structure in your organisation (or an organisation with which you are familiar) and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of one other organisation structure. Within the evaluation, you should include the reasons underpinning the structure.
Analyse connections between your organisation's strategy (or an organisation with which you are familiar) and its products or services, and customers.
Analyse three external factors or trends currently impacting your organisation (or one with which you are familiar). The impact of these factors or trends could be positive, neutral or negative, some are short-lived whilst others are long-lasting. Identify organisational priorities arising from the factors or trends analysed.

Potential examples of factors and trends could include: the market and competitive contexts of organisations, principal demographic, social and technological trends, impact of technology, globalisation and international factors, government policy and legal regulation, international bodies

The key focus of this AC is models that organisations can use to manage change effectively
Explain 2 different change models, such as:
- Lewin's 3 Step Model.
- Kotter's 8 Stage Model.
- ADKAR
You could consider aspects such as reactive approaches, proactive approaches; planned change, emergent change; radical, incremental change; levers for change; drivers of change: such as wider environment, task environment, internal environment.

- Choose 1 model that shows how people experience change [we suggest Kubler-Ross change curve]
- Discuss how your chosen model demonstrates how employees might experience change within the organisation. If using Kubler Ross - what are the key stages in how employees react to change? What emotions and behaviours might they show? What are the positives of change?
