In the last couple of blocks, we have started to use Agile principles for our Case Studies and Projects. In doing this we have seen that Agile is unique, different, and very nimble.

In your current Case Study, you have been able to learn a thing or 2 about developing a product and creating an appropriate structure (Vison
> Theme > Epics > Releases > User stories > Tasks).

Using the valuable experience, you have garnered from this case study, how true is the statement below and use your experiences in this Case Study to buttress your view on the statement?

Question 2

The Recent Rogers Shutdown: On Friday July 8, 2022 many of us woke up finding out that our connection to the Rogers network was disrupted. Many businesses were affected and even many of our students were not able to attend classes.

Rogers has contacted you (and your team) to envision and structure how this issue can be solved and this can be forestalled with necessary corrections in future. How would you structure the project starting from Vision to Themes to Epics to Releases to User stories and Tasks?
