Teacher to explain how learning will be ensured and feedback would be provided to the learners: How will you ensure that inclusive learning is taking place and individual feedback is provided? What learning activities have you incorporated and how would you provide formative feedback? How would you ensure that equality and diversity is respected and the learning environment is safe and supportive for all the learners?

Teacher to explain how they intend to embed functional skills (minimum core) in the lesson plan? Make sure to cover literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. You are more than welcome to include other skills such as interpersonal communication.
