Assignment Brief: For this assignment you are to assume the role of a trainee site manager for the project of New 50 Houses Development in Radstock Town for 2 years period construction time and with participation of approx. 300 staff members involve in construction process.
The directors of your company have asked you to produce a report on Human resource management to help inform their HR strategy. You will need to describe the ways that team members, performance may be assessed. In addition, as a firm that is committed to equality and diversity, you should discuss the importance that a diverse team plays in the company and in managing performance. As we seek to continuously improve, you should give examples of the types of training and development that can be used to improve team performance. Finally, tying things together, you should analyse the ways in which performance management and health & safety legislation are related in ensuring quality, safety and effective project management.

• Where a Pass grading criterion has not been fully achieved on first submission, re-submissions to gain that criterion will be permitted provided:

- The initial submission was a reasonable attempt at the task.
- The grading criterion is not concerned with time management.
