• The essay should provide a critical discussion of the different structures/designs within organisations (e.g.: Flat/Tall)
• Your essay should reflect an understanding of the theoretical models associated with organizational culture and how this influences the management of people.
Part 3: Business cases and examples
• Applying the theory to an organisational context through the use of appropriate case studies.
Part 4: Referencing
• Referencing appropriate theories and concepts, demonstrating reading beyond the basic texts.
