Developing Capability for Effective Collaborative Practice Assignment -
Learning Outcome -
1. Explain the principles of service user and carer involvement in the context of interprofessional working and appraise how you may apply these to your practice.
2. Analyse the factors and processes that facilitate effective collaboration which promotes the creation and maintenance of safe and effective services.
3. Evaluate the service environment through engaging with practice based situations and identify the relevance to contemporary policy drivers for collaborative practice and integrated service delivery.
4. Using a variety of approaches, reflect upon your learning during this module and then, using these reflections, assess your knowledge, skills and attitudes, using the Interprofessional Capability Framework, identify key issues in your personal and professional development in relation to working within a team.
Assessment brief and guidelines -
The aim of the module is to learn about and practice context and development of the conceptual skills necessary in your role as a collaborative worker required in contemporary health, social care and education setting. In order to demonstrate your achievement of learning outcomes in this module You will be required to submit a piece of coursework in the form of a learning journal of approximately 2,500 words and an action plan of approximately 500 words.
