RESEARCH METHODS

Course Description

This course exposes the student to the theoretical and practical concepts of research. It provides the skills, methods and competences that are necessary to collect, analyse, summarise and present quantitative and qualitative data.

Course Objectives

The aims of this course are, to:

1. Provide knowledge of how to conduct research that achieves pre-determined objectives.

2. Describe the various data analysis and reporting techniques.

On completion of this course, the student should be able to:
