Coursework: Provide a critical reflection on the experience of the group presentation that has characterized the module. The requirement of this report is to provide detailed explanations, critical discussions, and evaluations of the proposed business idea drawn from the group presentation.

1. Introduce and explain the business idea and the rationale for this idea [400 words]
- Introduce the business idea, the benefits and value of the idea.
- Outline and explain the need and demand for this business idea.
- How is this business idea different from what is current present in the market?
2. What is the market size? Discuss this using TAM, SAM, SOM Model. This section should include facts and figures. [550 words]
- Using facts and figures from sources such as mintel discuss the market size.
- Discussion should be carried out using the TAM, SAM, SOM model.
- It is recommended to use graphs and tables to present your analysis.
3. What is the target market segment for the product or service? Critically discuss why the suggested market segment is expected to be the most relevant one. Are there any alternate market segments? [550 words]
- Identify the relevant market segment from the various segments.
- Clearly explain why the chosen market segment is the right one. Justification for the selection is key, this could be based on size, disposable income, age or any other factor, but it must be supported by numbers or other reliable information.
4. Does your product or service have a sustainable competitive advantage? Justify [400 words]
- What is the long-term prospect of the product or service?
- Are there sufficient plans to maintain and sustain and competitive advantage?
- What are the F.A.B statement of the product or service
- Discuss elements such as proprietary elements, organisational processes or business models.
5. Does the business idea meet investor expectation? How? [300 words]
- What could be the return on investment?
- What if things go wrong? Exit plan?
- How will the business deal with future competition?
- This section can include Connectedness with the markets, industries or industry players.
6. Outline weaknesses of the proposed business idea. [300 words]
- Write a critique of the business idea in this section.
- What are the weaknesses of the proposed idea? And how would you address it or what would you change following your group presentation feedback?
- It is not possible to not have weakness, a realistic business plan is bound to include weakness in the plan.
