Assessment Presentation
Assessment Task: You are to produce a set of Slides with Notes at the bottom of each slide for an individual Presentation using the company chosen for your formative assessment. Your Presentation Slides and Notes should reflect your understanding and application of related marketing knowledge and theory. The purpose of the Presentation Slides and Notes is to: evaluate this company's current marketing strategy and how they tried to gain customer insights and build their brands with the use of marketing mix tools. You will then illustrate your findings and provide recommendations to the company's 7Ps before your overall conclusion.
Companies to Choose From
Find below the Companies you can choose from, for your Assignment. You can only choose ONE out of these Two Companies and you cannot choose any other company outside these Two options you have been given:

- Boots
This selected company will be the basis for your Formative Assessment and Summative Assessment.
You will present your work as a set of PowerPoint Presentation Slides and Notes using a variety of different modes of presentation format including words, images, figures or tables, etc to strengthen your work.
You are required to include a maximum of 10 slides to cover:
• Introduction and Company overview
• STP discussion: Explain how this company segment the market; describe the features of their customers and use a perceptual map to illustrate their position in the market against their main competitors.
• The marketing mix (i.e.: ‘7Ps') discussion including:
o Product: Develop simple product anatomy to explain the product.
o Price: Discuss pricing strategies used by the company
o Promotion: Analyse the methods of promotion used by the company
o Place: Analyse the physical distribution and online distribution channels of the products by the company
o Other 3Ps - Analyse the company's Physical evidence, People and Process
• Conclusion and Recommendation: Provide a discussion of the major findings and recommendations.
• Slide with the Reference List: You must include your reference list as your last slide
