Assignment
You are assigned to a chosen company/business in the class. Your responsibility now is doing research on such specific company/business and find out information to answer for the following tasks.
Task 1
Explain the strategy contents and terminology: missions, visions, objectives, goals, core competencies and competitive advantage.
Task 2
Explain the significance of stakeholder analysis to the strategic planning process of the company.
Task 3
Doing resources analysis or value chain analysis to analyze internal environment of the company.
Task 4
Carrying out an external environment analysis for the company.
Task 5
Using SWOT analysis in guiding strategy formulation for the company.
