Business Research Methods Assignment - Research Proposal

Learning outcomes - Devise a research proposal, suitable for a business-related undergraduate extended project.

Submission requirements -

Basic Assignment Description - Your individual research proposal should follow the content and structure given below:

• Research topic and rationale - a short statement outlining why you are interested in this particular area of research.
• A 'working' research question followed by research aim and objectives.
• A 'mini critical literature review' You will have and reference (to standard) at least 10 credible academic and 10 credible non-academic readings pertaining to your research topic area and include a critical review of the relevance of the literature in the context of your research question. At least 500 words should be given to this section of your proposal.
• Outline your research design in terms of how you plan to answer your research question and objectives. Your research design should draw on academic readings concerning research methods.
• Outline any considerations given to accessibility and research ethics.
• Present an action plan/time line of completion in terms of how you will manage the project from Summer 2019 to completion (April 2020). We recommend a Gantt Chart.
