2. Organise an event and communicate effectively with other organisations and people
3. Develop a marketing plan, and control, monitor and evaluate the performance of an event.

REQUIRED
The group will prepare a detailed event proposal and plan to include: schedule, health & safety guidelines, roles & responsibilities, diagrams, maps or layouts (as appropriate). The group's proposal and plan will form the appendix to the individual analysis from each member of the group.
Each member of the group will then produce their own individual 2000 word analysis of research undertaken in compiling the plan. The analysis will expand on the outline business case, taking into account the feedback and any revisions recommended following the presentation. The analysis will detail and defend the decisions made in compiling the manual/plan including choice of event, event objectives, resources, stakeholder management, marketing, logistics, health & safety and budget.

REQUIRED
Taking note of the feedback on your previous assignment, you will now go on to deliver the event you have planned. NOTE: In the event that the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the control of the group, an alternative event will be allocated
Following the event you will individually produce a critical review of the event that your group delivered.
This should not be a simple event report. Using appropriate tools and techniques, your individual review will analyse the events: achievement of event objectives, use of resources, management of stakeholders, marketing outcomes, use of logistics, adherence to health & safety regulations and implementation of budget.
