Task: The Department of Health (2014) has highlighted that 'there is a two way relationship between wellbeing and health: health influences wellbeing and wellbeing itself influences health'.

In order for health and social care professionals to work effectively with individuals and communities, it is essential that a holistic perspective is taken to assess the factors that influence individuals' health and wellbeing.

Drawing upon the target population from your interim assignment, you will take a holistic approach to identify and analyse the factors that could enhance or hinder the health and wellbeing of those individuals and communities. From your analysis, you should identify a factor you consider to be of most importance in its influence upon the health and wellbeing of the target population and discuss the significance of its impact. You should use relevant evidence to support your rationale.
