• This is not an introduction
• Equivalent to an abstract (abstracts are only found in academic journal articles NOT business reports)
• It must contain a summary of EVERY section of your report
• Optional - included in your word count

Introduction (1 paragraph)

• Which is your chosen product/service?
• In which country is your analysis based?
• What is contained in the report?

Background (1 paragraph)

• Brief history of the product/service.

Total 2,500 words.
