Task 2
You are required to write an essay on how certain practices and approaches can cater for the inclusive needs of your learners. The essay must be broken down into the following sections:

Question 1. Explain ways in which teaching and learning plans can be adapted to meet the individual needs of learners (Unit 1: AC 3.4).
Question 2. Analyse the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches used in your area of specialism in relation to meeting the individual needs of learners (Unit 1: AC 5.1).
Question 3. Review the effectiveness of own practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive teaching and learning, taking account of the views of learners and others (Unit 1: AC 8.1).

Task 3

You are required to write an essay on how use of certain theories and models might have helped you in ensuring inclusive practice. The essay must be broken down into the following sections:

Question 1. Analyse theories of behaviour management, and explain how own practice in creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive teaching and learning environment has taken account of these theories
Question 2. Analyse the inclusiveness of own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning programme in own specialist area
Question 3. Discuss how you communicate with learners, learning professionals and others to meet individual learning needs and encourage progression (Unit 1: AC 5.7; Unit 2: AC 4.4).
Question 4. Design resources that: - actively promote equality and value diversity - meet the identified needs of specific learners (Unit 2: AC 4.1).
Question 5. Design resources, including those that involve new and emerging technologies, to engage and meet the individual needs of learners in own specialist area (Unit 6: AC 2.5).
