Aim of assessment:
This unit is designed to give learners knowledge of the processes involved in recruitment planning. They learner will understand the implications of the regulatory framework for the process of recruitment and selection. The learner will also be able to prepare documentation involved in the selection and recruitment process and also participate in a selection interview.
