Assessment Scenario
For this assignment, you will be acting as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) for ONE of the organisations listed below. The board of directors have tasked you to produce a new "Digital Transformation Report'' proposal designed to evaluate and recommend changes that the organisation must implement by means to retain its competitiveness in a market vastly influenced by technology.

Task 1: Change Analysis Proposal (LO1)
• Prepare a clear introduction of your chosen organisation and explain what it does (e.g. the size of the organisation, its core products and services, and the industry it operates).
• Identify and critically analyse key areas of the organisation that are impacted through digital disruption.
• Finally provide a strong justification with clear digital transformation objectives that should be achieved in the next 5 years.
Task 2: Data and Decision Process (LO2)
• Evaluate and propose which techniques and technologies your chosen organisation can use to detect the changes in the market it operates in.
• Determine which digital systems your chosen organisation can use to make fast decisions to quickly adapt to the changes in its market.
Task 3: Implementing Digital Culture (LO3)
When implemented purposefully, digital culture can drive sustainable action and create value for all stakeholders.
For this task, you must recommend some innovative approaches on how your chosen organisation should install a digital-ready culture to support digital transformation.
