Assignment Description: You are applying for a Digital Marketing Manager role in a start-up company. As part of the recruitment process, they would like to understand about how you intend to stay up to date with your skills and your expectations of the organisation as your employer to support their development. Therefore, they are keen to understand your ideas for your personal CPD plan, specifically focusing on your digital and data skills, through watching your pre-recorded video.
This assessment involves you creating a plan which you will present and record. The scenario is that this video will be shared with your prospective employer.
It is important that the content is underpinned with the inclusion of relevant academic theory, concepts, and models where appropriate, as well as contemporary industrial insights.

Assessment Regulations
We ask that you pay particular attention to the academic misconduct policy. Penalties will be applied where a student is found guilty of academic and/or ethical misconduct, including termination of programme (Policy Link).
