Assignment Task
You are a solicitor working for Arden LLP. You are on call to attend Arden Town police station for the next 24 hours. The custody sergeant contacts you, saying that Terry Jeffries is in custody and has asked you to represent him. You attend the police station and respond to all the issues arising there. You record all your actions and reasoning in an attendance note using the Arden LLP template [Item 1]. You spend 4 hours at the police station.
You have been provided with the following information:

Transcript of OIC disclosure [Item 3]
Transcript of client instructions [item 4]
Transcript of police interview [item 5]
This assignment consists of THREE tasks, Task 1, 2 and 3. You must complete ALL tasks.
