Topic - Innovative Change Management in SME's: beyond continuous improvement

The following outline is strongly recommended for use in writing your research proposal. Please title sections of your case with the following titles.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY - Prepare an overall view of the proposal and the issues discussed. This section should be no more than 200 words and should specifically talk about the essence of the study.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY/ SETTING THE STAGE - Describe some background (i.e., current dilemmas, challenge/problems), significance, and aims of the study.

AIMS and OBJECTIVES - State your research problem. - State aims and objectives of your research. If there is a hypothesis state the hypothesis and the constraints under which the hypothesis will be proved or rejected.

LITERATURE REVIEW - Describe the present state of the literature. In particular, focus on how the literature review has informed the motivation, hypothesis and the nature of the work (for example, you may have identified a "gap" based on the literature review).

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY - Discuss the research methodology used in your research and the theoretical basis. - Discuss overall research design and application of research method in your research (e.g., system design, experiments, data collection and analysis, etc.)
