INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Course Description:

The course equips the students with the skills to successfully source for, execute and deliver Information Technology projects. They are also exposed to the tools and techniques necessary to measure project progress and to manage risks.

Course Objectives:

The course enables the student to:

2. Describe how to monitor and evaluate IT projects

3. Identify IT project risks and mitigation strategies.
