Write a short report (1200 words) setting out the major uncertainties that will need to be addressed and your approach to resolving them. The report should also identify the skillsets required to address this project in terms of human resources and potential need for recruitment.

The report should include a detailed work breakdown structure for this project using Word or Excel (not MS Project).

Credit to be given for the quality of the WBS i.e. sensible deliverables and evident hierarchy. Document all the assumptions for this project. The report must be appropriately structured and reference the literature.
