Assignment: Marketing Strategy for Evian Water Paper

In the first task of this work i produced was a departmental meeting on the company Evian and we discussed reccomendations how to be a more sustainable company.

The following Reccomendations:

1. Making Plant- based bottles Diversifying Product Portfolio
2. Introduce personalized reverse vending machines
3. Collaborate with charities and educational organizations

Task:

After the meeting, critically evaluate and reflect on the agreed recommendations made in the meeting:

I. State the agreed recommendations from the departmental meeting.

II. How are these agreed recommendations ethical and sustainabile? Provide evidence through the use of relevant concepts, models and theories.

III. What are the possible managerial and organizational implications of these recommendations? Analyse the various forces that would drive and/or resist the changes brought by these recommendations using Force Field Analysis.

IV. Critically reflect on the development journey. Provide video evidence of your departmental meeting.
