Question: Design an industrial robot for an application of your choice and evaluate and discuss the obtained performance. The specific application needs to be agreed upon with the module leader. The design choices must be appropriately documented and justified through analysis and analytical investigation.

The report needs to discuss all the aspects of the design process, such as performance specifications, analysis, control, actuators and sensors' choices. The performance of the designed manipulator must be analysed and discussed in light of the desired objectives and the effect of possible disturbances, using the appropriate software tools.

All graphs, tables, drawings and equations must be labelled and referred to in the text.
