This is a Managing Individual and organisational change subject.
This assignment need to write Section A (1000 +/-10%) words and section B (each at least 100words, 5 question to answer) section B need evidence to support the answer and there are one file shows the result from the test.
SECTION A:Reflective Summary of Learning
Based on the evidence that you have collected about yourself in Section B and drawing upon relevant theories and literature, you are required to critically reflect on what you have learned about your personal aptitude for change management. Your learning should be illustrated with a number of examples from your experience, including one relating to working in a group. Discuss how your personal learning relates to general principles of the effective management of individual change. You should finish with an outline of your plans for changes that you will make to help you to achieve your future personal and career goals and objectives.
Section A is an opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding and requires an analysis of and critical engagement with the evidence gathered in Section B. Therefore, the evidence gathered in Section B should not merely be repeated or ‘cut and pasted'.

GUIDANCE:
Collecting evidence about yourself is intended to provide a basis for a critical reflection on, and analysis of, your personal learning relevant to managing change. You should seek to identify evidence of these personal aptidudes. NOTE: this might include evidence of a lack.
Identifying areas of weakness can be helpful in identifying development needs, which you will need to address if they are relevant to achieving your personal and career goals and objectives.
Relevant personal experiences that provide evidence of your level of aptitude could include:
• Events or interactions in college/school, with family and friends, at work
• Many exercises in the MOIC Seminars provide relevant structured experiences (e.g. Listening Exercise, Rich Pictures, Giving and Receiving Feedback, group tasks, etc.)
Evidence from reflections or feedback might include:
• Important insights that have occurred to you following particular events, including readings or teaching
• Comments from others about your behaviour or performance in particular situations
Evidence from psychometrics might include:
• Those made available on MOIC (e.g. Learning Styles Indicator, Type Dynamics Indicator, Values Based Indicator of Motivation,Influencing Styles Inventory)
• Self evaluations and tests taken elsewhere (e.g. many workplaces use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator)
