Students are required to access the self-evaluation questionnaire to identify their strengths and weaknesses as a leader.

Based on result, student should then write and submit a reflective paper of 2,000 words that meets the learning outcomes one and two.

Student can get a feedback on their first draft from their personal tutor. The draft should not exceed 1000 words. All work will be subject to the policy in relation to internal and external moderation.
