Assignment
- Evaluate the performance of the project (you can use Real Options, MCMC Simulation or any other technique - but you should provide a short justification of the technique used)
- Estimate the financial needs of the project in different periods (year)
- Provide a financing strategy for each year explaining the rationale behind the suggested sources of finance
- Decide whether to go ahead with the project or not.

The report should be 10ppt slides max (Cover excluded). You can add additional slides as appendix to illustrate your workout. Be effective in the way you present the project and your analysis.
