Question 1
You are required to produce a verbally narrated presentation consisting of ten power point slides with accompanying narration embedded into each slide. The presentation should address an issue of business sustainability, reflecting the contribution of all business functions in an organisation of your choice. This will allow you to demonstrate competence in the first five learning outcomes i.e.
a. Critically evaluate the concept of business sustainability and the role of KPIs in monitoring sustainability.
b. Demonstrate a critical understanding of managing failure within a business context.
c. Appraise the resilience of a business.
d. Critically evaluate the internal and external data used to make decisions within an organisational context.
e. Apply the Viable Systems Model to the organisation concerned, in order to diagnose and mitigate threats to sustainability.
