You are a healthcare assistant working in Appleberry Health Centre, a one-stop shop health centre in your local community. You have been asked to produce a booklet to help patients improve their understanding of nutrition any ways to improve their health.

To achieve P1 - you will need to explain the following:

1. Key terms in nutrition

2. What nutritional measures and guidelines could be used to identify vulnerable groups that may be malnourished, undernourished, and deficient in certain nutrients, overweight or obese.

3. Use illustrations (graphs, pictures, charts) as examples so information is easier to understand.

4. Explain published dietary requirements guidelines for children (0-18 years) to help individuals have a balanced diet.
