Students are required to:
Write a 1500 word paper discussing the approaches and techniques used when measuring performance in hospitality businesses. Your response should address the range of financial measurements to assess business performance and quality management techniques used in hotel, restaurant and bar operations.
Your response should include examples of these techniques which are used by hotel, restaurant and bar operations that you are familiar with through your research into published financial data and benchmarks and either your work experience or as a customer when discussing quality management.
