Section A: Write a Knowledge Management Strategy Case Study that critically describes the current state of Knowledge Management Strategy within an organisation of your choice. Students can choose a suggested organisation, however, they may chose an entirely different organisation if they have access to plentiful information on this organisation. [2000 words]

Section B: Write a Knowledge Management Strategic Action Plan that addresses Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats from Section A. The KM Action Plan should include short- medium- and long-term goals and also identify employee roles responsible for their action.
