Personal and Professional Development

Aim: The purpose of this unit is to enable learners to develop an understanding of the different methods and resources available to them for planning their personal and professional development. They will learn how to identify factors that may affect targets or goals, prioritise actions and understand how feedback from others can be utilised to aid their development and career progression. They will be able to develop a plan which can either be used during progress of a course of study or as a tool in their future careers.
