PG Construction Project Planning

Students will be required to produce a report that demonstrates their understanding of the information that is required to produce a successful project delivery plan.

The report will need to contain, as a minimum:

o A detailed project team diagram
o Linear responsibility matrix
o Identification of risks to project programme critical path and elimination, mitigation, management of the same
o Master programme
o Production of a detailed programme for an element of the project
o Site layout(s) to cover the period of the works from commencement of construction to completion of the structural frame

Further information will be issued in the project initial briefing document.

Your proposal is to be in the form of a written report (2000 words maximum, excluding references) and supporting diagrams.
